High Flyers Youth Training Program

At High Flyers Sports, our youth training program is built on the belief that skill development and community go hand in hand. We create an environment where young athletes not only sharpen their abilities on the court but also build confidence, leadership, and lasting friendships off it.

Through carefully designed sessions focused on fundamentals, athletic performance, and game awareness, we ensure each athlete receives the proper tools to succeed, whether they’re new to sports or looking to elevate their game to the next level.

More than just drills and exercises, our program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect, creating a positive space where every participant feels supported and inspired. By fostering a strong sense of community, we help young athletes develop not only as players but as individuals prepared to lead both in sport and in life.

Fundamental Skill Development: Shooting, ball handling, footwork, passing & defense. Everything your child needs to build a complete game.
Speed, Agility & Conditioning Drills: Fun, fast-paced activities that build athleticism and energy!
Small Group & Individual Attention: Low coach-to-athlete ratio ensures every player gets personal feedback and support.
Confidence & Leadership Building: Through teamwork challenges, positive reinforcement, and goal setting.
Game Play & Scrimmages: Putting skills into action with competitive but friendly games that teach court IQ and sportsmanship.
